Mr. Beer Kits are great to reuse for small batches of cider and typically yield 22 12oz bottles per each 2 gallon batch of Hard Apple Cider.

Step 1: Sanitize the Mr. Beer Keg with sanitizing solution.
Step 2: Pour in 2 Gallons of 100% Apple Juice into the Mr. Beer Keg
Step 3: Add the Yeast; Cider, Champagne, Ale yeast typically works the best. I use SafCider and it works fantastic.
Step 4: Screw on the lid to the Mr. Beer Kit and store it in an area that is between 65 – 78 degrees for 14 to 21 days while it is fermenting.
Step 5: Transfer the contents to another container and add 1/2 of a can of Apple Juice Concentrate and mix thoroughly.
Step 6: Bottle the cider and store the bottles in an area that is between 65 – 78 degrees and wait at least one week.
Step 7: Chill the cider and drink!

Tip: After completing Step 5, you can add 2 gallons of apple juice into the Mr. Beer Keg to restart the process and start a new batch. You will not have to use any yeast because the dormant yeast cells are already caked on the bottom of the keg.
